The Office Print Global Marketing organization is on a mission to hire a seasoned and dynamic NPI Content Lead with demonstrated in-depth expertise and creative drive for B2B programs.

The NPI Content Lead will develop and execute NPI content launch plans tailored to retail and commercial RTMs using a strong mix of skills and abilities including B2C and B2B content creation, deep understanding of retail capabilities (e.g., Amazon) and cross-functional marketing collaboration.

The role requires deep understanding of the needs and expectations of commercial audiences, as well as awareness of industry and market trends and the ability to translate relevant insights into customer facing creative.

NPI Content Lead

Develops insights led B2B marketing campaigns and new product introductions that directly tie into the business goals and objectives, that in turn demonstrate clear ROI and increased brand metrics.

Reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Identifies high performing agency roster and creates long lasting partnerships that are conducive of high-quality creative work.

Responsibilities

  • Formalize brand architecture (design, imagery, use of iconography, and brand voice) for all brands in the portfolio.

  • Collaborate with the broader global teams to position HP as a leader within the portfolio and the market.

  • Partner with country marketing teams, our commercial teams, and our global business unit to facilitate the global strategy and implementation, including incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders to ensure the strongest strategy and assets are created.

  • Engage with the Product Marketing Teams to ensure accurate positioning statement and messaging is captured in creative briefs and ultimately represented in creative output.

  • Lead the global online strategy for our Home Business and Business Hardware portfolio, and own developing assets for etail and retail, packaging, and online / offline advertising. Ensure creative testing and SEO are foundational elements of the execution.

  • Execute on full funnel asset scope ranging from e-tail and offline POS, social, digital banners, .com, packaging ensuring creative testing and SEO optimization are considered as foundational elements.

  • Deliver co-marketing assets, channel, and sales support tools in support of our commercial RTM.

  • Develop and deliver content playbooks with the goal to drive measurable impact.

  • Stay on top of best practices for SEO.

  • Manage multiple agencies and project teams to develop assets and drive in market execution.

Type of Experience Needed

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications with at least 3 years of experience in B2B.

  • Genuine love for marketing and technology, coupled with a curiosity for new developments and opportunities in the field.

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools, including familiarity with and/or experience in retail and channel marketing. Experience with social, digital programmatic and media planning is preferred.

  • Experience with etail and ecommerce, including knowledge of SEO.

  • Structured approach combined with strong creative acumen.

  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and speed to market.

  • Understanding of the importance of timely execution and urgency in achieving marketing objectives.

  • Flexibility and the ability to pivot when changes occur rapidly.

  • Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.

  • Skilled in interfacing effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.

  • Ability to articulately present ideas, making persuasive arguments in presentations.

  • Strong ability to influence and drive consensus.

  • Experience with managing budgets and external providers.

  • Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education.

Education

  • BA in Marketing & Communications or related field, MBA or similar preferred.
