Description

Robert Half is searching for a Contract Office Assistant to join a healthcare team in Gresham, Oregon. A successful candidate for this role will have prior experience supporting a healthcare organization, be proficient with EPIC EMR, and will preferably be bilingual in Spanish/English.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and manage their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department

• Check-in clients efficiently, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction

• Schedule appointments, taking into account the availability of staff and resources

• Create and maintain client charts, ensuring all relevant information is updated and accurate

• Complete client charts, documenting all interactions and services provided

• Scrub reports, ensuring they are accurate and ready for presentation or submission

• Perform other clerical duties as requested, supporting the smooth operation of the office

• Utilize the Epic EMR system for effective data management.

• Utilize the Google Suite for various office functions, including but not limited to scheduling, communication, and document creation

• Provide customer service in preferably both English and Spanish, accommodating a diverse client base

  Requirements

• Proven customer service skills and experience

• Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Knowledge of Epic EMR system is necessary

• Proficient in using Google Suite for various administrative tasks

• Fluency in Spanish language is preferred

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
